摘要
目的探讨护士能级管理的实践效果,以增强各级护士的质量意识,提高医院护理整体质量。方法(1)采用问卷调查法和现场访谈法,对医院病房各级护理人员进行调查,评估目前护理质量管理存在的不足。(2)应用护士能级管理模式,2年后对护理质量再次进行问卷调查和现场评估。结果基础护理由实施前的(95.62±0.73)分上升到(99.10±0.44)分;消毒隔离由实施前的(94.47±1.34)分上升到(99.65±0.32)分;护理文件书写由实施前的(95.59±0.46)分上升到(99.66±0.17)分;病房管理由实施前的(94.24±0.95)分上升到(99.50±0.28)分;物品、设备功能完好由实施前的(93.21±0.46)分上升到(99.88±0.17)分;患者满意度由实施前的(94.00±0.99)分上升到(97.00±0.00)分(P<0.05)。结论开展护士能级管理是体现以人为本,全面提高护理质量管理的有效方法。
Objective To discuss the practical effectiveness of grade-based administration of nurses, in an attempt to enhance the quality awareness and upgrade the overall nursing quality of the hospital. Methods A survey was conducted in the nurses with different capability levels using a questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation to identify the deficiencies in the current nursing quality management system. Two years after the application of the nursing quality management in nurse capability grading system, the same survey was performed to evaluate the nursing quality management. Results After the application of nursing quality management, the score for basic nursing increased from 95.62 to 99.10, that for nursing document increased from 95.59 to 99.66, and that for sterilization and segregation from 94. 47 to 99. 65. The score for facility integrity increased from 93.21 to 99.88, ward management score from 94.24 to 99.50, and patient satisfaction rate from 94.00 to 97.00, showing significant improvements( P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing quality management in nurse capability grading system can be an approach that addresses the potentials and dignities of the staff for effective and comprehensive improvements of the nursing quality management.
