摘要 本文阐述了DNA指纹、STR、线粒体DNA技术在动物亲权鉴定中的应用原理。分析了这三种方法在动物亲权鉴定中的优点及不足。 The present article reviewed the application and the principle of DNA fingerprint, STR and mitochondrial DNA in animal parentage testing, and its advantages and defects of the use of three methods in animal parentage testing were analyzed.
