摘要
以引进竹种Guadua amplexifolia为对象,进行了种苗林竹丛结构调控、全年连续育苗和主枝、次生枝扦插育苗试验,结果表明:种苗林竹丛结构调控对提高新竹质量有显著作用,处理较对照新竹径级增大51.5%,立竹全高增加30.9%;全年3次移栽育苗成活率均达87%以上,其中以5月份移栽效果好,成竹率达45.7%;1年生、2年生立竹主枝、次生枝扦插成活率68%以上,各处理生根时间无显著差异,平均为47 d,综合扦插成活率、出笋成竹数、新竹地径等,以2年生立竹主枝扦插效果最佳。
Experiments were made to study on bamboo clump structure ad-justment in seedling stands, continuous nursery all round the year, bough and sub-branch cutting propagation of Guadua amplexifolia introduced from Colombia. The results indicated that bamboo clump structure ad-justment in seedling stands evidently promoted new bamboo quality. Ground diameter of treatment increased 51. 5% than that of CK,and height of bamboo increased 30. 9%. Survival rates of transplants in all three times of the year reached over 87%. The effect of transplant in May was the best,ratio of maturity reached 45.7%. Ratio of woody cutting using the bough and sub-branch from 1-year and 2-year bamboo reached more than 68%. There were no evidently differences in rooting time among all treatments,averaged 47 d. In sum,the boughs from 2-year bamboo were the best materials to cutting propagation.
