摘要
对引进多仓混棉机进行了定量分析 ,指出其存在的两大缺陷 :瞬时混合薄弱及时序抓棉与纵排纵取组合的欠合理性 ,提出了合理的抓混组合混棉机理、措施 ,提出了提高瞬时混合的方法与措施。
A quantitative analysis of overseas multi mixer is given.There are two big defects of the mixer, i,e,the weakness forinstantaneous mixing and unrational combination for timing pluck and verti- cal arrangement and taking.the paper gives some retional mechanisms and measurements of pluck-mix combination mixing,and tell us how to improve the instantaneous mixing.
