摘要
提高人民警察的人文素质,就是要使人民警察养成按照人的发展规律及其特性达成"做人"目的的心理品质。学习传统文化是提高人民警察人文素质的有效途径。传统文化中"自强不息"的进取精神、"道尊于势"的从道精神、"贵和尚中"的和谐精神是可以内化为人民警察人文素质的最主要的人文精神。
To improve the humanistic properties of people＇s police, psychology characters of people＇s police should be perfected for being an upright person according to the development laws of human beings and the nature of human - kind. It is a useful way that the humanistic properties of people＇s police would been improved through study traditional culture. The main humanistic minds are as such： the mind of ＂constantly strive to become stronger＂ according to keep forging ahead, the mind of ＂morality superiority＂ according to moral norms, and the spirit of ＂harmonious and following the middle course＂, which could internalized in humanistic properties of people＇s police.
