摘要
彩南油田井眼轨迹复杂、产出水矿化度高、富含硫酸盐还原菌,造成每年因为井下失效而进行检泵作业大致在400多井次,且每年略呈增加之势。直接经济成本估算:按每井次作业费3.5万元计,平均每口检泵井因为偏磨腐蚀导致40根油管及对应抽油杆报废。2004年因疲劳杆断、偏磨和腐蚀结垢造成检泵430井次,费用约1977.6万元。即使不计产量损失,其造成的生产成本也是很大。因此,很有必要研究如何延长检泵周期,降低检泵作业次数的工艺技术。
The complex trails of well-bores, the high salinity and abundant sulfate reducing bacteria of produced water in Cainan Oilfields result in a large amount of detecting pump operation——400 wells every year because of the down-hole failure, with an increasing tendency every year. It is estimated according to the direct economic cost that 40 oil pipes and pumping rods every well have been damaged due to the partial abration, if at ¥35,000 of operation every well. Actually, in 2004, 430 well times of detecting pump took place because of the fatigue break, partial abrasion and corrosion scale deposit, with the cost up to ¥19,776,000. Even if the production loss is not included, the cost of production is quite large. Therefore, it is necessary to study the technology of how to lengthen the period of detecting pumps and diminish the frequency of detecting pump operation.
