摘要
柳州三门江大桥主桥为100m+160m+100m双塔双索面三跨部分斜拉预应力混凝土箱梁桥,桥面宽41m。介绍了该主桥墩身的总体施工方案、施工工艺及施工要点等,具体阐述了墩身大体积混凝土温度监测与裂缝控制的方法及其效果。工程实践表明,该墩身施工方法合理,为同类工程施工提供了借鉴。
The main bridge of Sanmenjiang Bridge in Liuzhou is a 3-span(100 m+160 m+ 100 m) partial cable-stayed PC box girder bridge with twin pylons,double cable planes and the 41 m wide deck.Introduced hereby are the overall construction scheme,workmanship and key points of the main pier shaft,specifically,temperature surveillance and crack control of mass concrete.The pier shaft construction method is proved reasonable in engineering practice,and can be a reference for similar works.
