摘要
目前标准计量与产品性能测试的要求不断提高,在完成多个高精度恒温恒湿空调系统的基础上,本文就某市计量所的恒温恒湿空调系统的空气处理方案、控制策略及其实现、测控系统的硬件系统和软件设计等的简单总结。该系统实现了把温度偏差控制在0.5℃以内,相对湿度控制在3%以内的目标,具有运行安全可靠、操作控制简单、数据采集和分析方便等特点,具有很强的应用价值。
Conditions of measurement and test is continuously improving. A constant temperature & humidity air conditioning system of a measurenient institute is presented in this paper based on a number of accomplishments of such air condition system. Air condition scheme, control strategy, system design and software are introduced. This system achieved temperature fluctuation within 0.5℃ and relative humidity fluctuation within 2% and the system is simple in operation and convenient in data acquisition and analysis.
