摘要 某座钢筋混凝土双曲线型冷却塔由于施工不当,筒壁出现局部凹凸,双曲线局部失形。采用有限元法对该冷却塔进行了内力分析和强度验算,分析了筒壁出现这些初始几何缺陷对冷却塔受力的影响,并提出了合理可行的结构加固方案,使其花费少量的资金加固后,确保冷却塔能安全运行。 Geometrical imperfection was found on a reinforced concrete hyperbolic-cooling tower due to inappropriate construction, Finite element analysis is implemented to study the influence of initial fault upon the safety of the cooling tower. The internal stress and the loading capacity of the tower are checked with the finite element results, And feasible strengthening scheme with externally bonded CFRP is proposed to recover the safety of the tower with relatively low costs.
