Synthesis of Phenyl Pyrimidine Compounds

摘要 设计一步合成法合成了4-苯基嘧啶(PPM)、4-(4-氟代苯基)嘧啶(FPPM),并通过元素分析、熔点测定、核磁共振等手段对合成的化合物进行结构表征。讨论了反应温度、时间、CuCl/酮的摩尔比等3个因素对产物合成产率的影响。通过实验确定最佳合成条件为:温度170℃、反应时间15h、CuCl/酮的摩尔比为0.65。在最佳条件下,产率为4-苯基嘧啶52%,4-(4-氟代苯基)嘧啶37%。 4Phenyl pyrimidine(PPM)and 4-(-4fluorophenyl)pyrimidine(FPPM)were synthesized using one step method separately,the obtained compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,melting point determination,NMR methods and so on.It also discussed the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and molar ratio of CuCl to ketone on the yield.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:temperature was 170℃,reaction time was 15h,molar ratio of CuCl to ketone was 0.65.The yields of 4phenyl pyrimidine and 4-(4-fluorophenyl)pyrimidine could be reached to 52% and 37% respectively under aforementioned conditions.
