ZSM-5沸石膜的合成和表征

Preparation and Characterization of ZSM 5 Zeolite Membranes on Porous Ceramic Tubes

摘要 采用预吸附溶胶及原位水热合成方法,在多孔陶瓷管表面制备了ZSM-5沸石膜.X—光衍射测定表明陶瓷基质表面的膜层是纯ZSM-5沸石晶相;SEM结果显示经多次重复合成的沸石膜层晶体相互交连,形成一种连续的多晶层,厚度约30μm.H2/N2理想分离因子从原来陶瓷管基质的2.32提高到3.61,接近Knudsen扩散水平. ZSM 5 zeolite membranes were prepared using novel route, a pre absorbing sol by in situ hydrothermal synthesis on porous ceramic tabes. X ray diffraction confirmed the thin layer on the surface of ceramic tubes to be pure ZSM 5 crystalline phase, and SEM showed that individual ZSM 5 crystals had grown together in three dimensions and formed a continuous polycrystalline layer with thickness of about 30 μm. The ideal selectivities for H 2 over N 2 was significantly increased from 2.32 of the ceramic substrate to 3.61 of the zeolite membrane, which was close to the range of Knudsen diffusion.
