摘要
应用植物组织培养方法研究了金线莲(Anoectochilusroxburghi(Wal.)Lindl.)快速繁殖的途径,初步完善了工厂化生产金线莲试管苗的工艺流程.研究结果表明,金线莲外植体采集的最佳时间是5月,培养基最佳pH为5.4~5.6.植物生长物质对金线莲的培养起着重要作用,变换不同种类的植物生长物质或浓度可使培养的金线莲茎段1次性成苗或诱导丛生芽.添加活性碳或以蛭石取代琼脂对金线莲的发根具有良好的效果,试管苗移栽成活率随苗高的增加而提高.
the rapid propagation of Anoectochilus roxburghii by plant tissue culture was reported in this paper.The technological process of factorial scale for producing plantlet has been preliminary completed in A roxburghii . The experimental results indicated that at the best collecting the explant was conducted in May and the pH value of medium was kept in 5 4~5 6.The plant growth substance played an impotrtant part in the tissue culture of A.roxburghii .The different plant growth substance and their concentrations could induct the stem part of A.roxburghii to either plantlet once through or sprouting.It would take better effects on inducting of root when the medium supplemented with absorbent carbon or replaced agar by vermiculite.The survival rate of transplantation would raise along with increasing plantlet height.
