摘要
磷脱氧铜 TP2管材在加工过程中极易出现气泡缺陷。本文通过系统的工艺试验,研究了氧含量、磷含量、气体含量、锭坯表层质量、轧制管坯扒皮工艺等因素对气泡的影响,分析了 TP2管材气泡缺陷的规律和产生原因,并对 TP2管材的工艺优化进行了初步探索。
The bulbs are easily come into being on the surface of phosphorus-deoxidized TP2 copper tubes during processing. In this paper, the influences of oxygen content, phosphorus content, gas, ingot surface quality and tube peeling on the bulbs are studied systematically by means of process experiments, the rules and causations about the bulbs are analyzed, and the process optimization of TP2 copper tube is discussed.
