摘要
采用无溶剂-顶空-气相色谱直接测定盐酸左氧氟沙星中残留溶剂乙醇、甲苯、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)等。各残留溶剂的检出限分别在0.007-0.032μg,6次测定的相对标准偏差RSD在1.84%-1.92%,加标回收在90.9%-110%。方法简便、快速、灵敏,可应用于其他药品中残留溶剂的分析。
Currently analytical method of the residual organic solvents in drug is that the solid sample is dissolved in suitable solvent and determined by GC or HS-GC.But it is quite difficult to measure the DMSO in solution due to its low volatility.This paper introduces a new analytical method of direct measuring residual solvents in solid sample at headspace bottle by HS-GC.It minimizes matrix interference,greatly enhances analytical sensitivity and prevents analytical system to be polluted.The detection limits for ethanol,toluene and DMSO,recoveries and RSD(n=6)were 0.007—0.032μg,90.9%—110% and 1.84%—1.92% respectively.There are good linear relationships between peak area and its contents in the range 0.5—2000ng/mL.This method is simple,rapid with good sensitivity.It could be applied to analysis of other residual organic solvent.
