摘要 针对目前三缸泥浆泵曲轴多采用2支撑结构,曲轴支撑之间跨度大,刚度小,导致曲轴直径过大、动力端质量大、曲轴轴承受载情况恶劣等问题,从改善曲轴受力、降低动力端总体质量的角度,对泥浆泵动力端结构进行了改进。在曲轴连杆连接处采用特殊的轴承连接,将曲轴的2支撑结构改为4支撑结构,从而在曲轴长度不变的情况下,使其受力情况得到改善,曲轴直径和曲拐处直径大大减小,动力端的总质量也大大降低。利用Pro/E软件进行动力学仿真,验证了设计结构,证实了该结构设计能够满足设计要求。 The triplex mud pump crank uses two support designs, so their span is long between the crank support, the rigidity coefficient is small, and causes crank diameter oversized, the weight of power end is enlarged, the crankshaft bearing to carry load is serious.
