摘要
用气相色谱(GC)与气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对卡玛古籽油中的脂肪酸成份进行了定性与定量分析,共鉴定出七种脂肪酸。其各种脂肪酸的含量分别为:棕榈酸(C16∶0)2.50%、亚油酸(C18∶2)16.65%、油酸(Z)(C18∶1)12.38%、油酸(E)(C18∶1)10.03%、16-甲基-十七烷酸(C18∶0)8.08%、二十碳烯-11-酸(C20∶1)0.84%、花生酸(C20∶0)48.43%。
In this article the fatty acid composition in the Brassica napobrasslca D. C seed oil has been analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC and GC-MS. Seven kinds of fatty acids were identified. The contents of fatty acids from the Brassica napobrasslca D. Cseed oil are as follows 2.50% for palmitic acid(C16:0),16.65% for linoleic acid (C18:2),12.38% for oleic acid(Z),10.03% for oleic acid(E),8.08% for Heptadecanoic acid, 16-methyl (C18:0),0. 84% for ll-Eicosenoic acid,48.43% for Eicosanoc acid.
