河西地区辣椒疫病菌的形态特征及其致病力的初步研究 被引量:12

摘要 对采自甘肃省河西地区的13个辣椒疫病致病菌株形态及致病力进行了研究。结果表明,13个供试菌株的孢子囊形状、大小变异较大,乳突厚度均小于5μm,从形态特征上符合疫霉属真菌的基本特征,分类上应属于此类真菌;不同菌株在致病力上存在显著分化,而且同一地区的不同菌株之间致病力也有一定的差异,在某些辣椒材料中,垂直抗性和水平抗性可能共存。 The morphological characteristics and pathogenicity of the 13 causal organism of pepper collected from Hexi of Gansu province were studied. Their sporangia had different forms and size, and the height of papillae was less than 5μm. Based on these results, these 13 collected strains could be identified as phytophthora de Bary. It also showed that all tested strains and that in same regions had obvious different pathogenicity. The horizontal and vertical resistance in certain pepper cultivars maybe coexisted.
