摘要 选取4个河南省主栽小麦品种,研究了灌浆期小麦籽粒木聚糖单糖组分水溶性阿拉伯糖(WEA)、水溶性木糖(WEX)、水不溶性阿拉伯糖(WUA)、水不溶性木糖(WUX)相对含量和绝对含量的的动态变化。结果发现,在相对含量总体变化趋势上,WEA呈现先降低后升高再降低的变化趋势,WEX持续下降,而WUA和WUX则表现为先升高后降低。而其绝对含量4项指标前期均显示持续升高趋势,至开花后27~31d转而下降。水溶性木聚糖(WEAX)的绝对含量变化与水不溶性木聚糖(WUAX)和总木聚糖(TAX)都不一样。 In this paper, with four major typies in Henan province, the dynamic changes of the relative content and absolute content of water extractable arabinose (WEA), water unextractable arabinose (WUA) ,water extractable xylose (WEX) ,water unextractable xylose (WUX) during the filling stage were determined. The results showed that to the relative content, the changing trend of WEA was decrease-increase-decrease; WEX kept decreasing all the time; WUA and WUX were increased first and then decreased. The absolute content of these four indexes all kept increasing until 27-31 days after flowering. Fourthmore, water extractable arabinoxylans (WEAX)content was different with water unextractable arabinoxylans (WUAX) and total arabinoxylans (TAX).
