摘要
研究了以双肉桂叉－１，６－己二胺为主的并用硫化体系对丙烯酸酯橡胶的硫化特性：实验结果表明，该硫化体系对活性氯型丙烯酸酯橡胶具有较好的硫化能力，其硫化胶具有很好的综合性能；皂盐在硫化过程中对双肉桂叉－１，６－己二胺有一定的助硫化能力；ＣａＯ作为酸受体有助于进一步提高硫化胶的性能和稳定性。
オhe vulcanization behavior of acrylate rubber curied by 3#vulcanization agent has been studied,the rusults have shown that the properties of acrylate rubber vulcanizated by the combinig curative system basied on 3# vulcanizing agent are better than that of soap-sulfur curative system and 3# vulcanizing agent combinated with soaps can increase the crossing density,accelerate curing rate and improve the rubber properties.
