摘要
汽车车内声学灵敏度分析,是汽车NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness)特性研究的重要内容。文中利用有限元方法,建立汽车驾驶室三维声固耦合模型,在ANSYS中计算了驾驶室在20~200Hz频率的声固耦合振动特性。利用ANSYS的灵敏度分析功能,计算了驾驶室内某点声压级对驾驶室各面板厚度的灵敏度,为有效降低车内某点噪声及进行结构修改,提供了方向性指导。
The acoustics sensitivity analysis inside the car is an important content for the study on the Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) of car characteristics. Utilizing the finite element method this paper established a 3D sound-structure-coupling model of car cab, the vibration characteristics of sound-structure-coupling of cab for frequencies from 20 to 200 Hz was calculated with ANSYS. Using the sensitivity analysis function of ANSYS, the sensitivity on each faceplate thickness of cab affected by the sound pressure stage of certain point inside the cab was calculated, thus provided directivity guidance for reducing effectively the noise of certain point inside the car and carrying out structural modification.
