摘要
达克罗技术被广泛地用于各种防腐领域的基材表面处理。从防腐机理、涂层特点、涂液的配制、涂覆工艺、设备及控制要素、涂层性能指标等方面,全面介绍了达克罗技术。并指出其现仍存在颜色单一、固化温度偏高、表面机械性能不足和进一步环保的问题。建议今后应朝着开发多彩达克罗涂层、中低温固化的达克罗技术、多功能及低铬或无铬达克罗涂液等方向发展。
This paper introduces anticorrosion mechanism, film characteristic, coatings preparation, application technology, apparatus and controlling elements and film performance index of dacromet technology, which has been widely used in substrate surface treatment of every anticorrosion field; it puts forward the problems including color monotony, higher curing temperature, deficient surface mechanical performance and lower environment protection property; and it gives advice to develop multicolor dacromet technology, middle or low temperature cured dacromet technology, multiple function dacromet technology and low chromium or chromium-free dacromet coatings.
