短波紫外线照射预防静脉置管术后静脉炎 被引量:3

Preventing mechanical phlebitis by using shortwave ultraviolet irradiation

摘要 目的观察短波紫外线照射对肿瘤化疗患者经外周插管的中心静脉导管(PICC)置管术后局部机械性静脉炎的预防作用。方法为67例患者在PICC置管术后行预防性短波紫外线(UVC)照射,观察静脉炎的发生率,对照未经紫外线照射的患者与照射组患者机械性静脉炎发生率的不同。结果回顾性分析得出未经紫外线照射的患者机械性静脉炎的发生率为49.12%,而经紫外线照射后机械性静脉炎发生率降低至19.40%。结论紫外线照射可降低机械性静脉炎的发生,对于预防局部机械性静脉炎效果显著。 Objective To observe the role of ultraviolet C (UVC) in prevention of mechanical phlebitis caused by peripherally inserted central catheters( PICC) in tumor sufferers. Methods Sixty-seven patients who underwent PICC received UVC irradiation after the operation and the changes of phlebitis were observed and the incidence of mechanical phlebitis were compared retrospectively with the controls. Results The incidence of mechanical phlebitis in control group was 49.12% in patients who had no UVC irradiation, and 19.40% in those treated with UVC irradiation. Conclusion The UVC irradiation could decrease significantly the incidence of mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC.
