摘要 报道了水玻璃模数测定方法的改进,有以下要点:①加入氟化钠过饱和溶液,以保证与二氧化硅充分完全反应;②基本固定取样量,以免取样过多或过少所造成误差;③随试样的分析全过程,作空白试验,以补偿由氟化钠所引起的碱度;④用精密pH试纸或pH计检测滴定终点。以上改进提高了方法的分析速度和精密度。 Modifications of the conventional method for the determination of modulus of water glass were described in this paper. The main points are as follows: (1) A supersaturated solution of sodium fluoride was used to ensure its complete reaction with SiO2; (2) Definite amount of sample was taken to avoid error arisen from variations of sample mass; (3) A blank test was taken through the whole process of determination to compensate the alkalinity of sodium fluoride; and (4) End-point of titration was recognized by checking with precise pH-paper or determined by pH-meter. More rapid and precise determinations were achieved by these modifications.
