摘要
作为对常规方法的改进,提出用分光光度法代替目视比色法作为污水色度的测试方法,并采用重铬酸钾及硫酸钴配制的稀硫酸溶液(酸度约0.02mol·L^-1)作为测定色度的标准溶液。以此标准溶液的吸收峰350nm作为测定波长测定标准及水样的吸光度。制作了色度在10°~100°之间的标准曲线,对试液的温度、浊度及酸度的影响作了试验,此方法的检出限为色度5°。
As a modification for the conventional method, determination of colority of sewage water was improved by using spectrophotometry instead of the visual colorimetry, and using a dil. H2SO4 solution (ca. 0.02 mol·L^-1) of K2Cr2O7 and COSO4 as standard solution for preparation of standard cure. Measurement of absorbance was made at the wavelength of 350 nm, which is the absorption maxima of the standard solution. A linear standard curve covering colority between 10°to 100° was prepared. Factors influential to the determination (i. e. temperature, turbidity and acidity of the water sample) were studied. Detection limit of this method was found to be 5°.
