摘要
可持续发展战略要求传统的企业家评价指标体系应做出调整。与可持续发展的必然要件、可持续发展观念的树立、自然资源的支撑、科学技术水平的保障等相适应,企业家评价指标体系在注重财务指标的同时,应强化创新指标,着重考察企业长期发展的能力,如能源利用系数、R&D投入比率等指标,增加环保效益比率、绿色GDP贡献、社会责任比率等指标。
The traditional entrepreneur assessment index fails to meet the demands of sustainable development of regional economy. A steady economic growth presupposes a team of entrepreneurs with a strong sense of sustainable development, the support of abundant natural resources, and advanced science and technology. To achieve sustainable development, creativity index, environmental protection benefit ratio, green GDP contribution ratio, social responsibility ratio, particularly the energy utilizing modulus and R＆D ratio, should enjoy equal priority with financial index.
