摘要
有组织犯罪是当今世界各国共同面临的严峻挑战。全球化的时代背景下有组织犯罪集团和有组织犯罪呈现出国际化趋势,这就要求各国加强反有组织犯罪的沟通与合作。会议围绕着中国大陆、中国港台、美国、俄国、日本和加拿大有组织犯罪的基本情况及其对策六个议题,进行了广泛而深入的研讨,取得了丰硕成果。
Organized crime seriously challenges each country in the world. With the background of globalization, organized crime and organized criminal gang show a tendency of internationalization, which requires the communication and cooperation of every country in this area. There are six topics in this seminar concerning organized crime in China's Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, United States, Russia, Japan and Canada. Experts present at this seminar had an in - depth discussion and made considerable achievements.
