摘要
非DNA序列遗传信息的传递称为表观遗传,它不涉及基因序列的改变,不符合孟德尔式的遗传方式。其中DNA甲基化是一种重要的表观遗传修饰方式,是调节基因组功能的重要手段。简要论述了植物DNA甲基转移酶、甲基化方式、发生位置及DNA甲基化所引起的表观遗传现象。
The hereditary information transmission of non-DNA sequence is called epigenetic. It neither involves gene sequence changes, nor corresponds with Mendelian inheritance. One of the significant epigenetic modification modus is DNA methylation, which is the main device of regulating genomic function.. This article briefly discusses plant DNA methyltransferase, the mode and the loci of Methylation and the epigenetic phenomenon originated by DNA methylation.
