铁过负荷对上海地区汉族人2型糖尿病的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究铁过负荷对中国上海地区汉族人2型糖尿病的影响。方法:将302例2型糖尿病患者按照血清铁蛋白高低分为血清铁蛋白升高组和血清铁蛋白正常组,比对两组在糖代谢指标方面的差异。结果:血清铁蛋白升高组的空腹和餐后2h血糖、HbA_1C等指标高于血清铁蛋白正常组,而血清铁蛋白升高组的C肽水平则低于血清铁蛋白正常组,其中两组餐后2 hC肽水平存在统计学差异。结论:铁过负荷对2型糖尿病患者的胰岛β细胞功能和血糖控制产生负面影响。 Objective: To investigate the influence of iron overload on type 2 diabetic patients from shanghai with Han nationality. Method: Three hundreds and two type 2 diabetic patients were divided into 2 groups by high level or normal of serum ferritin. FPG, PPG(2h) , HbA1 C, C peptide were measured in each group and their differences were assessed. Result: FPG, PPG( 2h ), HbA1C in group with high level serum ferritin were higher than those in group with normal level serum ferritin. C peptide in group with high level serum ferritin was lower than those in group with normal level serum ferritin. Conclusion: The results suggest that iron overload may contribute negative effects on islet G-cell function and glucose control in type 2 diabetic patients from shanghai with Han nationality.
