Simple,rapid and simultaneous determination of the contents of 3 components in Xiao'er Qingre Zhike oral liquid by capillary electrophoresis

摘要 目的:建立一种简单快速的小儿清热止咳口服液中麻黄碱、黄芩苷和甘草酸含量测定的毛细管电泳法(HPCE)。方法:利用毛细管区带电泳一紫外检测器测定3个指标成分的含量。电泳条件:以未涂层弹性融硅毛细管(50μm×50cm,有效分离长度45cm)为分离通道,25mmol·L^-1硼砂缓冲液(pH8.60)作为电泳介质,压力进样,进样时间6s,运行电压10kV,电泳温度25℃,检测波长192nm。结果:麻黄碱、黄芩苷、甘草酸分别在0.004—0.225,0.024—1.50,0.021~1.33mg·mL^-1线性关系良好,三者加样回收率分别为98.3%,98.4%,97.1%。结论:HPCE法同时测定了小儿清热止咳口服液中麻黄碱、黄芩苷和甘草酸的含量,方法简便、快速,结果准确,可用于小儿清热止咳口服液的质量控制。 Objective: A capillary electrophoresis method was established for determination the contents of ephedrine, baicalin and glycyrrhizic acid simultaneously in Xiaoer Qingre Zhike oral liquid. Method: An uncoated fused-silica capillary column of 50 cm ×5μm (effective length: 45 cm) was used. The method was developed by utilizing an injection by press (5 s), a running voltage of 10 kV and a 25 mmol ·mL^-1 sodium tetraborate electrolyte solution at pH 8. 60. The detection wavelength was set at 192 nm. Result: The calibration curves were in good linearity in the range of 0. 004-0. 225 mg ·mL^-1 for ephedrine, 0. 024-1.5 mg ·mL^-1 for baicalin and 0. 021-1.33 mg ·mL^-1 for glycyrrhizic acid. The mean recoveries of them were 98. 3%, 98.4% and 97. 1% respectively. Conclusion: A capillary electrophoresis method was developed for the simultaneous determination the contents of ephedrine, baicalin and glycyrrhizic acid in Xiaoer Qingre Zhike oral liquid. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and could be used for the quality control of Xiaoer Qingre Zhike oral liquid.
