PVC配方体系的设定和各种助剂的选取是保证PVC管材品质的重要因素,配方中除稳定体系和改性体系外,润滑体系对管材的加工性能及制品的外观和各项性指标都有很大影响。因其用量少,其重要作用却往往易被人们所忽视,PVC管材加工过程和制品的很多缺陷,都和润滑剂的选取和配比有着密切关系。因此,润滑剂在PVC管材配方中具有十分重要的作用。
