国外甲醇制烯烃生产工艺与反应器开发现状 被引量:22

Advancement on methanol-to-olefin process technology and reactor design overseas

摘要 介绍了近年来国外多家公司对甲醇制烯烃(MTG)工艺和甲醇制汽油(MTO)工艺的研究成果,并对MTO工艺的操作条件和反应器开发进展情况进行综述。催化剂的筛选和反应器的放大成为影响MTO工业化进程的关键所在,在基础研究的同时,必须同时注重反应器和工艺方面的研究。 The processes of methanol-to-olefin (MTG) and methanol-to-gasoline(MTO)in recent years are introduced,the operating conditions and the current situation of the reactor design for MTO process are also reviewed. The selection of catalyst and the enlargement of reactor for MTO process are the key factors for its industrialization.As for the fundamental research;the development of reactor and the process must be emphasized synchronously.
