摘要
本文阐述了广东省大中型水库的基本状况,分析了其大坝的安全形势和防洪安全现状。研究了水库防洪安全主要存在的问题,主要分为防洪能力问题、大坝存在的问题和管理运行方面的问题三个方面。并从工程措施和非工程措施两个角度提出了大中型水库保持可持续防洪安全的对策,为大中型水库可持续利用提供部分理论支撑。
This paper expounds the basic status of large and medium--sized reservoirs, analyses their dam stability trend and present states of flood control and researches the existing problems for flood control, including the capacity of flood control, existing problems and administration. The relevant countermeasures from engineering measure and no--engineering measure are put forward; it can provide theory reference for similar reservoirs.
