摘要
目的比较并分析社区护士与医院护士工作满意度的差异。方法采用护士工作满意度量表对符合条件的社区护士(n=135)及其上级医院护士(n=152)进行调查。结果社区护士工作满意度评分为3.56±0.44,医院护士为3.36±0.61,均处于中等水平,两者比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。社区护士在被认可与表扬、工资与补贴、排班与工作条件、管理与医院的政策、家庭与工作间的平衡以及成就与责任6个维度上的满意度显著高于医院护士(均P<0.01)。结论社区存在某些利于护士保持工作满意的因素,社区和医院管理者均需要针对满意度低的项目进行改进(如增加福利待遇及个人发展机会等),以提高护士的工作满意度,进而提升护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate and compare the job satisfaction between community nurses and hospital nurses. Methods A job satisfaction questionnaire for nurses was used to survey community nurses (n= 135) and hospitals nut ses (n=152) who met the inclusion criteria. Results The overall score of the job satisfaction was 3.56±0. 11 in community nurses and 3.36±0.61 in hospital nurses. The levels were at medium and no significant difference was found between the two groups (P〉0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups in some subscalescores such as recognition and praise, salary and welfare, scheduling and work conditions, administration and hospital policy, the balance between family and work. and achievement and responsibility (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The present situations in community encourage the satisfaction of nurses. The managers of the community and hospital should make effort to improve the nursing work in the fields with low satisfaction scores (such as welfare and personal developmcnt) in order to increase the satisfaction of nurses and improve the quality of nursing services.
