摘要
在结构和功能分析基础上,对新式组合瓶盖压装组合系统进行了总体设计,分析和设计了压装组合系统的主要和关键机构:内衬理料机构、外体理料机构、内衬定位机构、外体定位机构和压装机构,阐明了设计思路和过程以及各机构的结构特点和功用。系统实现了外体、内衬在运动中的合理定位、外体-衬垫组合,从而保证了质量,显著提高了生产率。
General design of a new composite bottle lid was done based on analysis of the structure and function. Detail and concrete designs were carried out for the elemental and key mechanisms, neatening mechanisms for lining and outer body, locating mechanisms for lining and outer body, and pressing and as- sembling mechanism. The methodology and procedure of the design were indicated with the performance of these mechanisms. The overall system worked well with the proper location of the lining and outer body in motion and was successful in premium quality and productivity.
