免疫炎症细胞和细胞因子在类风湿关节炎关节破坏中的作用机制 被引量:2

摘要 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种系统性自身免疫病,以进行性关节软骨和骨破坏为主要特征。在RA的亚临床阶段.滑膜中的信号传导和效应因子就产生并启动了不断放大的级联反应式的病理生理过程,激活多种细胞协同参与炎症反应.如成纤维细胞、内皮细胞、血管周围细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞以及其他效应细胞。其中,滑膜成纤维细胞(fibroblast—likesynoviocyte,FLS)、啡巴细胞、破骨细胞在RA关节破坏中起核心作用。
