介绍了工业遗产的内涵,明确了城市工业遗产的价值,探讨了工业遗产改造利用的优势及条件,论述了城市工业遗产利用与社区发展的关系,结合广州港码头区内二大阪仓的社区化转型这一案例寻求城市工业遗产社区化改造的途径和方法。
Introducing connotation of industrial heritage, making sure the value of city industrial heritage, a probe into the condition and superiority that industrial heritage can be reformed, expounding on the relationship within the use of industrial heritage and the development of community, try to find a good way to transform industrial heritage into public places of community ,through introducing the case of daban storehouse in Guangzhou docks.
