摘要
通过对绝缘尾罩的工艺分析,介绍了一种水平分型面和垂直分型面混用的三分型面机构。此机构不但成功地解决了塑件成型困难、侧抽难以设置、零件不易脱模等问题,而且其独特的三分型面设计,大大简化了模具结构,降低了模具成本,缩短了研制周期。
By means of analyzing the insulation trail cover＇s technology, we introduce three discerptions structure that the level and the vertical were used together. Not only it successfully resolved the difficult forming, the side hole＇s jam and the difficult ejection etc, but also it simplified the mould structure, cut down the mould＇s cost , and cut down the development cycle.
