侵袭性牙周炎患者血浆白细胞介素-1β和肿瘤坏死因子-α的检测 被引量:8

摘要 目的:比较侵袭性牙周炎(AgP)患者和牙周健康者血浆白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平。方法:56例侵袭性牙周炎患者和39例牙周健康者空腹抽取静脉血。采用酶联免疫吸附方法测定血浆中IL-1β和TNF-α水平,比较两组的差异,并分析血浆IL-1β和TNF-α与各项牙周临床参数的相关性。结果:AgP患者血浆IL-1β的水平为7.23ng/L,显著高于健康对照者(3.52ng/L,P=0.003)。血浆IL-1β水平与出血指数、探诊深度、附着丧失、重度位点百分比有明显的正相关关系(相关系数r及P值分别为0.170,0.038;0.175,0.033;0.168,0.040;0.236,0.004)。AgP患者血浆TNF-α的水平(1.07ng/L)与牙周健康者(1.06ng/L)相比差异无统计学意义(P=0.437)。血浆TNF-α水平与各项牙周临床参数之间也均未发现相关关系(r=0.023,P=0.808;r=0.025,P=0.782;r=0.075,P=0.407;r=0.049,P=0.586)。结论:侵袭性牙周炎可能与血浆IL-1β水平的升高有关,未发现侵袭性牙周炎对血浆TNF-α水平的影响。 Objective :To compare the levels of plasma IL-1β ,TNF-α in aggressive periodontitis (AgP) patients and periodontally healthy subjects. Methods:Venous blood samples were collected from 56 AgP patients and 39 periodontally healthy controls. Clinical examination consisted of bleeding index ( BI), probing depth(PD) attachment loss measurements (AL) and percentage of severe sites. Plasma levels of IL-1β and TNF-α were determined using a high-sensitivity ELISA assay. Results:The concentrations of IL-1β in AgP patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (7.23 ng/L vs 3.52 ng/L, P = 0.003), which were positively correlated with BI, PD, AL and the percentage of severe sites ( r = 0.170, P=0.038; r=0.175, P=0.033; r=0.168, P=0.040; r=0.236, P=0.004). The difference between the levels of TNF-α in AgP patients and healthy controls was not observed ( 1.07 ng/L vs 1.06 ng/L, P = 0.437). No correlations between the plasma level of TNF-α and the periodontal parameters were detected (r =0. 023, P =0. 808; r =0. 025, P =0. 782; r =0. 075, P =0. 407; r =0. 049, P = 0. 586). Conclusion: AgP may have impact on the elevation of plasma level of IL-1β, while no association between AgP and plasma level of TNF-α was found.
