摘要
利用光纤通道传输电流差动保护已大量应用到线路保护中,这种保护方式对通信通道的要求比较高。在误码率、传输时延能满足保护要求的情况下,线路两端保护采样不能同步和光电转换装置的问题也会引发通道告警。文章重点分析了同步时钟和光电转换装置引发的问题,建议利用成熟的通信监控手段,把监测延长到保护装置的出线测,对通道的误码率、滑码、传输时延进行在线监测,以减少因为同步和光电转换装置引发的通道告警问题。
The optical fiber current differential protection has been widely used in line protection. This protection requires Communication channel with high quality. Although the channel's bit error rate and transmission delay can meet the requirements, some problems such as non-synchronization of protecting sample between the two ends of line and default of optical-electric transfer device can also cause alarms. This article analyzes above questions, gives some suggestions on monitoring the protective devices by detecting the bit error rate and transmission delay in order to minimize the alarms caused by synchronous and optical-electric transfer devices.
