摘要 眼前节成像和生物测量分析系统广泛应用于眼前节疾病的诊断、白内障屈光手术的临床观察、眼前节结构生物参数的测量等。目前国内外许多仪器均能客观地对眼前节进行成像和生物测量,如裂隙灯生物显微镜、超声生物显微镜、光学相干断层扫描等。本次我们就各种最新的眼前节成像和生物测量仪器的原理、各自的特点及其在眼科领域的应用进行综述。 Anterior segment imaging and biometry techniques are widely used to the diagnosis of anterior segment diseases, clinical observation of cataract refractive surgery and biometry measures of anterior segment parameters. Several techniques have been developed over the last decade to objectively image the anterior segment, such as slit-lamp biomicroscopy, ultrasound biomicroscopy, and optical coherence tomography and so on. This article reviews recent advances on principles and characters of anterior segment imaging and biometry techniques and their application in the field of ophthalmology.
