摘要
运用粒料运动与流体力学的基本概念,探讨了沥青混合料粒料在路面铺装各工艺环节中的具体运动情况,得出了机械的作业方式与粒料运动的关系:通过对沥青混合料流在各个工艺环节层流与紊流情况的分析,以及引用沥青混合料的内外部流概念,得出了摊铺机布料槽内的机械结构对粒料运动影响的关系。通过这2种关系,解释了集料在粒料运动中发生离析的原因,为控制混合料摊铺前集料离析与温度离析提供了理论基础。
The motion of asphalt concrete flow in paving is discussed using concept of grain flow and hydromechanics. The relationship between construction method of machinery and grain flow motion is presented. According to the analysis of laminar and turbulent flow of asphalt concrete flow, the influences of structure of distributing room on the motion flow are presented. The reasons for aggregate segregation are explained. It provides references for solution to aggregate and temperature segregation.
