摘要
文章在参考了多种当前流行的五轴数控系统功能的前提下,着重分析了五轴数控系统中的RTCP功能,同时联带分析了文献中介绍较少的RPCP功能。在分析的基础上,推导了五轴数控系统的RTCP功能和RPCP功能的数学公式。为了验证推导的数学模型的正确性,开发了基于OpenGL技术的仿真软件,用来进行仿真试验。算法推导和仿真试验的成功,为后续开放式数控系统添加相应功能提供了理论依据。
On the premise of reference many popular 5-axis CNC, focuses on the analysis of the RTCP function of5-axis CNC, at the same time, we also analysis few introducing function RPCP. Basing on the analysis, we also derivative the theory and algorithm of RTCP and RPCP function of the 5-axis CNC, We also develop simulation software to verify the correctness of the theory and algorithm, the software is based on the OpenGL technology. The success of the simulation and experimentation provide theory foundation for the development of open CNC system.
