摘要
测量了标题配合物[Mn(mnt)(phen-5,6--dione)](mnt2-:1,2-二氰基乙烯-1,2-二硫醇离子.phen-5,6-dione:-1,10-菲咯啉-5,6-二酮)在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、丙酮(CH3COCH3)等溶剂中的电子吸收光谱和电子发射光谱特性,报道了掺杂有标题配合物[Mn(mnt)(phen-5,6-dione)]的CdS-PVA复合膜的暗态导电性和光电导性,研究了[Mn(mnt)(phen-5,6-dione)]对CdS的光敏化作用与其电子光谱间的关系.
The electronic absorption spectra and emission spectra of complex Mn (mnt) (phen-5,6-dione) (mnt= mnt^2-, 1,2-dicyano-1,2-ethylenedithiolate or maleonitriledithiolate. Phen-5,6-dione=phen-5,6-dione, 1,10-phenan throline-5,6-dione)in DMSO,DMF and CH3COCH3 were measured. The dark conductivity and photoconductivity of CdS doped with Mn (mnt) (phen-5,6-dione) were reported. The correlation betwee photosensitization of complex Mn (mnt) (phen-5,6-dione) to CdS and their electronic spectra were studied.
