摘要
美国高校是招生的主体,大学实行完全自主的招生模式;中学生自主决定大学入学申请事宜,中学负责提供与入学申请相关的证明材料,教育考试服务机构负责提供大学认可的标准化考试成绩。这种模式、标准、录取方法与具体操作规程对我国高考与招生制度改革具有一定的借鉴意义及启示。本文针对高考成绩的利用问题以及我国高校自主招生中的问题作了分析,提出了相应的制度保障举措。
Universities and colleges in the United States have the right to make the undergraduate admission policies and decide the ways and procedures to recruit applicants. High school graduates decide by themselves which university they will apply to enter; high schools provide materials relevant to their applications; and Educational Testing Service is responsible for providing the test results requested. This paper analyses the multi-factors of the undergraduate admission model, the admission criteria in the U.S.A., discusses some problems we are facing, and puts forward some suggestions.
