摘要
探讨了投加三氯化铁对膜生物反应器(MBR)膜污染减缓的影响,比较了复合式膜生物反应器(HMBR)和传统膜生物反应器(CMBR)污泥混合液的可滤性.结果表明:当Fe(Ⅲ)的投加量为1.2 mmol/L时,能最大程度地提高污泥混合液的可滤性;稳定阶段的HMBR膜污染速率大约是CMBR的40%;Fe(Ⅲ)强化去除了上清液中分子质量(MW)>10 kDa的溶解性微生物产物(SMP);上清液中大分子有机物的去除有助于提高污泥混合液的可滤性.污泥絮体中胞外聚合物(EPS)的元素分析表明,Fe(Ⅲ)与EPS中的负电官能团相互结合,增大了污泥颗粒.
The effect of ferric chloride addition into the membrane bioreactor (MBR) on retarding membrane fouling was investigated. The filterability of mixed liquor in a hybrid membrane bioreactor (HMBR) and a conventional membrane bioreactor (CMBR) was compared. The results show that Fe (Ⅲ) addition greatly improves filterability of mixed liquor when the dosage of Fe (Ⅲ ) equals 1.2 mmol/L. During the steady-state peried, the fouling rate of HMBR is 40 % slower than that of CMBR. Fe ( Ⅲ ) enhances the removal of soluble microbial products (SMP) with molecular weight (MW) 〉 10 kDa molecules in the supematant. The decrease of macromolecule in the supematant has a positive effect on improving filterability of mixed liquor. Element analysis of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) of activated sludge indicates that Fe ( Ⅲ ) interacted with the negatively charged groups in EPS, which resulted in enlarged sludge floes.
