摘要
选用全光地摆的栽培模式在特定的栽培季节对东北地区主栽的27个黑木耳生产菌株进行栽培试验,以黑木耳子实体形态特征和出耳周期长短为依据鉴别黑木耳菌株。实验结果表明,以黑木耳子实体形态特征和出耳周期长短为依据可以鉴别黑木耳生产菌株,并以此为依据将供试的27个黑木耳菌株划分为三个组群。
Twenty-seven Auricularia auricula strains cultivated in Northeast China were grown under a uniform set of growth conditions and various fruiting characteristics determined. The strains were classified into three groups based on fruit body morphology and on the time elapsing between the appearance of primoridia and fruit body maturation.
