摘要
目的分析不同栽培类型菊花的挥发性成分。方法用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对菊花的挥发性成分进行鉴定,用面积归一法测定其相对含量。结果鉴定出11种菊花的挥发性成分共83个。结论SPME技术操作简便,能准确反映菊花的挥发性组分;11个类型菊花的挥发性成分和含量有显著差异。
Aim To analyze volatile components from various Chrysanthemum Morifolium Ramat. Methods The volatile components were separated and identified by head space solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS), and their relative contents were determined by normalization of the area. Results 83 compounds from eleven kinds of Chrysanthemum Morifolium Ramat were identified by SPME-GC- MS. Conclusion SPME is simple and user-friendly, and can report accurately volatile components of Chrysanthemum Morifolium Ramat. There are significant differences in the volatile composition and content of eleven kinds of Chrysanthemum Morifolium Ramat.
