摘要
目的建立芍甘胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为YWG C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-醋酸-水-三乙胺(15∶0.3∶85∶0.3);检测波长为230nm;流速为1.0ml/min。结果芍药苷在20~100mg·L-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率为100.70%,RSD为1.14%。结论本法灵敏、准确、重现性好、精密度高、专属性强,可用于芍甘胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定和质量控制。
Aim To establish a method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Shaogan Capsules. Methods The determination was carried out by HPLC with a YWG C18 (150mm×4.6mm,5μm) column, acetonitrile-acetic acid-water-thiethylamine(15: 0.3: 85: 0.3)as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 230nm, and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 20 - 100mg·L^-1 , r =0. 999 1. The average recovery was 100.70% and RSD was 1.14%. Conclusions The method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible, specific and can be used for quality control of Shaogan Capsules.
