摘要
目的研究lasR/rhlR基因缺陷对铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)体外生物膜形成的影响。方法采用生理盐水-吸痰管系统进行铜绿假单胞菌体外生物膜的培养,于3 d后用扫描电子显微镜观察PAEO1野生型、PAEO1 lasR、PAEO1 rhlR、PAEO1 lasR rhlR基因缺陷型菌株形成生物膜的情况。结果3 d后PAEO1野生型可形成较厚、有孔状通道的成熟生物膜结构,PAEO1 lasR、PAEO1 rhlR、PAEO1 lasR rhlR基因缺陷型黏附、聚集形成明显稀薄的早期生物膜结构。结论lasR rhlR基因缺陷可影响铜绿假单胞菌体外形成生物膜的能力。
OBJECTIVE To understand the effects of lasR/rhlR mutations on the biofilm formation of Pseudornonas aeruginosa in vitro. METHODS The biofilms of PAEO1 and lasR, rhlR, and lasR rhlR mutants were incubated in a polyvinyl chloride tube in 0.9% saline and studied by means of scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) after three dayst incubation. RESULTS After 3 dayts incubation, PAEO1 biofilm showed a well-developed structure, whereas thin and poor developed biofilms were seen in lasR/rh1R mutant groups. CONCLUSIONS iasR/rh1R Genes play probably an important role in the formation of P. aeruginosa biofilm in vitro.
