滇东北地区高硫煤脱硫试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 分别采用重介旋流器、浮选机及Falcon离心机三种设备对滇东北地区高硫煤进行脱硫试验研究。结果表明:重介旋流器对高硫煤脱硫效果明显。煤样硫分由2.92%降至1.16%,脱硫完善度53.37%,脱硫率85.05%;重介旋流器产生的煤泥水进行浮选脱硫和Falcon离心机脱硫,其中Falcon离心机脱硫效果较好,在30 Hz频率时,精煤硫分0.99%,脱硫完善度20.09%,脱硫率72.03%。 The high - sulfur coal desulphurization by heavy medium cyclone, flotation machines and falcon centrifuge equipment are used in experiment. The result show that the heavy medium cyclone has obvious effect on high - sulfur coal desulphurization. The sulfur of coal can be fallen from 2.92% to 1.16%, perfect degree of desulphurization is 53.37 %, sulfur removal rate is 85.05 %. Flotation desulphurization and Falcon centrifuge desulphurization are used to treat with coal slurry produced by heavy medium cyclone, and falcon centrifuge has obvious effect on the coal slurry desulphurization when frequency is 30 Hz, the sulfur of fine coal is 0.99, perfect degree of desulphurization is 20.09% and sulfur removal rate is 72.03%.
